Professional Support Lawyer – Knowledge Management

About the role

WongPartnership is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join its Knowledge, Innovation & Technology team. The role focuses on driving knowledge management initiatives that enhance both client‑facing services and internal processes across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Knowledge Management (KM) team to design and execute client‑facing and internal KM projects.
• Partner with practice groups to align KM strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and produce timely internal and external updates.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum three years of post‑qualification legal practice experience.
• Experience in knowledge management within a large or international law firm is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and technical legal abilities, capable of gaining the confidence of partners and senior lawyers.
• Excellent drafting, research, writing, and communication skills for both legal and non‑legal audiences.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with a passion for legal innovation and technology.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
