Program Manager – Community Engagement

About the role

imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG) is an incubation space that empowers working professionals to create community impact through curated programmes and volunteering opportunities. As a Program Manager you will design, deliver and oversee initiatives that engage professionals, coordinate volunteers and partners, and support communications and operations to ensure successful programme delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned programmes and volunteering opportunities from concept to implementation and review.
• Collaborate with corporate, community and cause‑based partners to co‑create programmes that meet community needs.
• Plan and execute events, roadshows and outreach activities that promote participation.
• Gather participant feedback and programme data to assess outcomes and drive improvements.
• Recruit, onboard and engage volunteers, coordinating their participation across initiatives.
• Support marketing and communications efforts, creating content and publicity materials for assigned programmes.
• Coordinate administrative, facility, procurement and other operational requirements for smooth programme delivery.

Required profile

• Willingness to work shift hours, including weekday evenings and weekends.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in programme development or volunteer coordination is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination and hands‑on execution abilities.
