Program Manager, Regional Regulatory Readiness

About the role

Meta’s Regulatory Readiness team prepares the company for the evolving global regulatory landscape. As a Program Manager for Regional Regulatory Readiness you will join the Asia‑Pacific team, delivering regulatory risk intelligence, driving readiness programmes and coordinating cross‑functional responses to regulatory developments across a dynamic region. This high‑impact individual‑contributor role manages complex, time‑sensitive workstreams with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end management of responses to regulatory inquiries, statutory information requests, investigations and consultations across APAC.
• Coordinate preparation and delivery of transparency and compliance reports for the region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Intake and triage new regulatory demands, develop response strategies, engage legal, policy and product experts, and drive accountability to meet regulator deadlines.
• Track regulatory developments and emerging pressures across APAC, managing readiness workstreams to prepare product and operations teams for new obligations.
• Produce polished executive communications on response status, compliance posture and emerging risks.
• Develop and improve workflows, tools and frameworks to enable scalable, efficient regulatory responses.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in program management, regulatory affairs, public policy, compliance or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage complex, time‑sensitive programmes with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders and hard deadlines.
• Experience working within the APAC regulatory landscape with depth in at least two key jurisdictions.
