Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Project Coordinator to manage and support projects from initiation through completion for VCARE SECURITY PTE. LTD. across Singapore. The role involves close interaction with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day project matters with customers, main contractors, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Coordinate all project phases including planning, preparation, delivery, site installation, testing, handover and final completion.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, material deliveries, submissions, inspections and on‑site activities.
• Proactively follow up outstanding issues and keep stakeholders informed without prompting.
• Work closely with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, inspections and customer discussions as required.
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as drawings, method statements, progress records and handover files.
• Identify potential delays or site issues early, liaise with relevant parties and escalate to management when decisions are needed.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections and handover processes.
• Handle warranty, defect rectification and after‑sales matters post‑completion.
• Support Singapore WSH and site safety requirements, preparing risk assessments, safe work procedures and permit‑to‑work documents.

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and follow up issues without being reminded.
• Attention to detail in documentation and safety compliance.

Required skills

• Risk Assessment (RA) preparation and review.
• Safe Work Procedures / Safe Work Method Statements.
• Permit‑to‑Work documentation and toolbox briefing records.
