About the role
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee addition and alteration (A&A) projects across Singapore. The role involves ensuring smooth execution, high workmanship standards, and timely hand‑over to clients while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate A&A project works throughout the island.
- Manage and supervise project activities, ensuring proper execution and quality workmanship.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site workers to maintain project timelines.
- Plan and discuss implementation details with subcontractors.
- Ensure successful project completion and hand‑over to clients.
Required profile
- Diploma in Building or Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
Required skills
- Project coordination and supervision.
- Management of subcontractors and vendors.
- Planning and execution of construction activities.
