Project Coordinator

About the role

CLO Haus is seeking a full‑time Project Coordinator to support the delivery of renovation and design‑and‑build projects on site in Singapore. You will act as the central hub for schedule management, documentation, and communication among clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, track milestones and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues and communicate changes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and organized project files.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, health and safety compliance.
• Support administrative tasks such as updating stakeholders on project status.

Required profile

• Strong coordination and scheduling abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in interior design, construction, renovation or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Organizational and documentation competence.
• Ability to work on‑site and conduct quality and safety checks.
• Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Diploma or degree in project management, construction, interior design or related discipline preferred.
• Prior coordination or administrative experience in a project‑based environment is an advantage.
