Project Engineer / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site works to meet design specifications and plans.
• Lead the site team, planning and executing daily activities.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Track subcontractor progress and quality, resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with main contractors and consultants on design reviews, approvals, and technical queries.
• Attend progress meetings with clients, main contractors, and consultants; report site status.
• Enforce EHS standards and maintain site housekeeping.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in building or civil works.
• Strong ability to lead site teams and manage resources effectively.
