Project Executive – M&E (HVAC & Electrical)

About the role

Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV, electrical and building services. Supervise and coordinate all assigned project site works, ensuring timely completion within budget and contract specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engineering support for preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repairs of HVAC and electrical systems.
• Supervise, coordinate and monitor site works, subcontractor performance and progress.
• Prepare and consolidate project reports, quotations, purchase orders and safety documentation.
• Execute testing and commissioning, review as‑built drawings and compile Operation & Maintenance manuals.
• Mark installation locations, inspect workmanship and witness all testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, architects, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, troubleshoot and propose containment measures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in air‑conditioning installation or related ACMV/electrical building projects.
• Diploma or degree in HVAC systems, mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of split, ducted and central air‑conditioning systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient use of MS Office and project‑management software.
