Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will coordinate site activities, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and provide timely updates to senior management.
• Lead project teams, site supervisors, workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to avoid shortages and delays.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule, quality, and safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Control manpower and project costs for efficient resource use.
• Attend or chair project and site meetings.
• Identify risks and implement contingency measures.
• Oversee quality inspections and workplace safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records.
• Document changes to drawings, specifications, and work scopes.
• Maintain site documents in line with ISO requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read and understand 2D/3D CAD and Revit BIM drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and workplace safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work six days per week on construction sites and factory premises.
• Class 2/3 driving licence with own transport.
