Project Manager - Creative Production Coordination

About the role

The client is launching a new product and needs a Project Manager to coordinate the creative production side of the initiative. Working closely with the lead Project Manager, you will keep multiple workstreams on schedule, facilitate communication among designers, creatives and the Art Director, and ensure smooth delivery throughout the production lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination and execution of the product launch.
• Track timelines, milestones and deliverables to keep the project on schedule.
• Coordinate communication across cross‑functional creative teams, including designers, existing creatives and the Art Director.
• Manage follow‑ups, action items, meeting outcomes and regular status updates.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain project documentation and keep stakeholders informed of key updates.
• Support the implementation of mitigation plans to address identified risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience managing or coordinating creative production, marketing, branding or product‑launch projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools for tracking timelines and deliverables.
