Project Manager – Distributed Generation (2‑year contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Distributed Generation projects in the APAC region. The role is based in Singapore on a two‑year contract and requires close collaboration with sales, engineering, and regulatory teams to deliver solar PV solutions that meet TotalEnergies’ high HSE and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in developing and executing Distributed Generation projects in line with the JV model.
• Estimate project costs, identify obstacles and conduct detailed site assessments.
• Evaluate technical constraints, feasibility and risks, and contribute to PV system design while adhering to local regulations and TotalEnergies technical specifications.
• Lead meetings with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to clarify technical matters.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies, engineering resources and third‑party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Select and onboard EPCs, engineering consultants and other suppliers, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality and corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of Distributed Generation and solar PV offerings.
• Experience working with a range of organisations, from small enterprises to large multinational corporates.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing regulatory environments and maintain strong HSE awareness.
• Proven capability to manage projects across the full lifecycle, from site assessment to commissioning.
