Project Manager

About the role

iZeno is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT service engagements for our enterprise clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate Services Consultants and oversee multiple sprint cycles.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and obtain sign‑off on project documentation.
• Utilise JIRA and Confluence to track progress and generate reports.
• Provide billing milestones and project status updates.
• Configure project management tools and execute acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Solid technical understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Mandatory PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
