Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead ACMV/HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with contract obligations and engineering standards. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager or Project Director, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scopes of ACMV/HVAC and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee project cost management, reporting and communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure engineering practices and safety implementations are followed.
• Plan and implement schedules, procurement, cost control and contractual fulfilment.
• Lead and coordinate engineers and coordinators for effective task execution.
• Supervise testing and commissioning of systems and structures.
• Implement and govern the on‑site safety management system.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Building Services or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong management, communication, presentation and reporting abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, independence, commitment and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Willingness to learn and achieve BIM qualifications, with support provided.
