Project Manager – Power Systems Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the coordination of power systems projects, acting as the main liaison for clients, suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, information and organization.
• Participate in contract review, resolve discrepancies with sales and engineering teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact during execution for customers, suppliers, sales, service and finance.
• Develop and monitor project plans and budgets.
• Handle purchasing, outsourcing, installation and commissioning of project components.
• Organise and lead internal and on‑site project meetings.
• Provide regular project evaluation reports and corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks, capture opportunities and improve variable margin.
• Manage document approvals, FAT organisation, shipping requirements and invoicing.
• Monitor contract deviations and support quotation phases with technical input.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in international sales and project management.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of commercial and contract law.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
