Project Manager – Telecommunications Infrastructure

About the role

Xenith IG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale dark fibre and telecommunications infrastructure builds across Singapore. The role will act as the main liaison between contractors, customers and the Head of Operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of civil and fibre projects, from initiation through handover and maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, government agencies and DC operators to secure permits and approvals.
• Monitor compliance with Xenith IG’s management system, safety policies and the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Prepare and present progress reports, ensuring accurate documentation of work‑in‑progress.
• Identify and resolve project issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing telecom or fibre‑optic infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce WSHA standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently across functional groups.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with government bodies, contractors and clients.
