Project Manager – Web Development & Design

About the role

As a Project Manager at Verz Design, you will lead web development and design projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timelines are met, and maintain strong communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and expectations.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assemble and lead multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, and QA professionals.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing regular updates and handling feedback.
• Implement quality assurance processes and conduct thorough checks on deliverables.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Proven experience managing web agency projects.
• Strong understanding of web development and design workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Startinfinity, Trello, and Jira.
