About the role
The Property and Office Management team at SG Enable ensures that all properties, offices and facilities are safe, functional and accessible for users, including persons with disabilities, tenants and visitors. The role supports smooth facility operations, vendor performance and improvement projects.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage outsourced staff to meet contract deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Coordinate with tenancy management for fit‑out, handover and reinstatement works.
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
- Support compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Act, Fire Safety Act and GreenGov sustainability initiatives.
- Procure, administer and manage contracts such as shuttle bus services and insurance.
- Track vendor KPIs, validate work orders and oversee invoice processing.
- Prepare reports, support budgeting and update policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in project, facilities and office management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and sustainability standards.
- Ability to lead vendor performance and drive process improvements.
