QA Site Head

About the role

The QA Site Head leads all quality‑related activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring that products meet client expectations and regulatory standards. This senior position oversees the quality system, drives continuous improvement, and acts as the primary liaison with customers and auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain the site quality management system in line with GMP and client agreements.
• Review and approve quality procedures, manuals, annual reviews, validation and VMP documents.
• Lead CAPA programmes, deviation investigations, incident handling, self‑inspections and external audits.
• Host client audits, respond to findings and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS compliance, participate in safety trainings and promote an EHS culture.
• Deliver quality training, foster a quality‑focused culture and ensure effective communication with clients.
• Manage and motivate a high‑performing quality team, assigning work, assessing performance and encouraging innovation.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of quality management experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong coordination, communication and scientific problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and solid computer skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff supervision and performance management.
