Quality Control Technician

About the role

Sanofi is expanding its new Modulus facility in Tuas, Singapore, and seeks a Quality Control Technician to help set up and operate the QC laboratory. You will support routine laboratory activities while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the QC laboratory, including sample receipt, shipment, and disposal.
• Manage waste in coordination with external vendors.
• Oversee raw material and drug substance reserve sample management.
• Coordinate activities with external laboratories and manage procurement and inventory.
• Assist with QC equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Higher NITEC or Diploma/Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Applied Science or related life sciences.
• 2‑3 years of experience in QC laboratory operations, or a fresh graduate with relevant academic background.
• Familiarity with laboratory support in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
