Quality & Training Team Lead, Monetization Integrity (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

The Quality & Training Team Lead for Monetization Integrity will oversee the quality assurance function that safeguards TikTok’s advertising ecosystem. This role combines people leadership, data‑driven analysis, and process optimisation to ensure consistent, high‑quality moderation outcomes across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA analysts and specialists, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular 1:1s, reviews, and career planning.
• Manage capacity, workload allocation, and shift coverage to maintain consistent quality output across regions.
• Own the end‑to‑end QA strategy, including audit sampling, calibration, scoring methodologies, and SOPs aligned with policy and business requirements.
• Build and maintain QA dashboards, scorecards, and reporting cadences for leadership visibility.
• Analyse defect trends and root causes, translating insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Partner with Product, Policy, Operations, Training, and Workforce Management teams to drive quality improvements and close feedback loops.
• Lead RCA and CAPA initiatives, identify automation opportunities, and champion continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in risk governance, quality assurance or similar functions.
• Proven people‑management experience, including coaching, capacity planning and shift coverage.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable improvement plans.

Required skills

• Design and execution of QA strategies, audit sampling, calibration and scoring.
• Proficiency with data‑driven quality dashboards, scorecards and reporting tools.
• Experience leading root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Effective collaboration with product, policy, operations, training and workforce management teams.
