Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking motivated Quantity Surveyors to join our construction team in Singapore. The role involves both junior and senior responsibilities, supporting the delivery of projects through accurate cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Take off quantities for tendering and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Price bills of quantities and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Evaluate subcontractors' claims and issue payment certificates.
• Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and related services.
• Identify and coordinate new subcontractors and suppliers.
• Administer contracts, including preparation of variation and progress claims.
• Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Recognized degree or diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction sector for junior positions; 8+ years for senior or managerial roles.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Only Singapore citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents may apply.
