Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support our Contracts Manager in delivering construction projects on time and within budget. The role involves handling all aspects of contract administration, tender preparation and cost analysis to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager in monitoring contractual issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract administration and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare tender submissions, conduct post‑tender measurements and analyse tender pricing.
• Handle monthly progress claims and compile related financial reports.
• Prepare, compile and issue sub‑contractor documents.
• Perform cost analysis, budgeting and estimation for construction works.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and support procurement activities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and tender processes.
• Ability to work closely with project teams and external suppliers.
