Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS (Civil / M&E) – 5 Days

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS to join our construction team in Singapore. You will be involved in both pre‑contract and post‑contract activities across civil and M&E projects, ensuring commercial and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑contract and post‑contract administration for assigned projects.
• Review specifications, prepare quantity take‑offs and support costing/tendering.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on project matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support the project team on commercial issues.
• Assist in resolving contractual and cost‑related disputes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper documentation.
• Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in M&E or construction projects.
• Experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract work.
• Familiarity with ACMV or M&E projects is preferred.
• Experience in LTA projects will be an advantage.
