About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Reception Manager to lead the Front Desk team at our beachfront resort in Singapore. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure all guests receive the best possible hotel experience.
- Provide assistance and support to guests throughout their stay.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Create exceptional and memorable experiences for every visitor.
Required profile
- Passionate about hospitality and takes pride in being a hotelier.
- Loves interacting with guests and customers.
- Friendly, helpful, trustworthy leader.
- Enjoys crafting creative, best‑fit solutions.
- Preferably has relevant hotel experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
