Recruiter (APAC)

About the role

Flexport is seeking an experienced full‑cycle Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for a portfolio of roles across the APAC region. You will partner directly with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach through offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop hiring plans and set realistic timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and guide interview panels on structured, bias‑aware evaluation.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process and negotiate offers in partnership with People/Total Rewards.
• Keep accurate records in the ATS, report on pipeline health and hiring metrics, and build talent pools for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Leverage AI‑powered recruiting tools such as AI sourcing, resume screening and scheduling assistants to improve efficiency while retaining human judgment.
• Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives, including sourcing channel improvement and diversity of candidate slates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Experience negotiating offers and collaborating with compensation teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Workday.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven recruiting technologies (AI sourcing, AI resume screening, AI scheduling assistants).
