Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, understanding their talent needs and negotiating agreements.
• Identify, headhunt and engage mid‑senior to executive‑level candidates through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Own the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact and interviews to offer negotiation and post‑placement support.
• Leverage best‑in‑class recruitment technology and data to uncover opportunities, track market trends and enhance outreach efficiency.

Required profile

• Ambitious mindset with a desire to build a career, earn well and grow quickly.
• Strong communication skills, confident and adaptable style.
• Professional attitude – prepared, reliable and mature.
• Demonstrated work ethic through sports, part‑time work, internships or academics.
• Degree (2:1 or above) or at least two years’ experience in a sales environment.
