Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Pivot Search is seeking a high‑performing Recruitment Consultant to own and grow a vertical within technology and financial services. You will develop networks, nurture relationships, and guide talent toward the right career opportunities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and generate new business.
• Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across tech and/or financial services.
• Source, assess, and place talent for C‑level, GTM, corporate, and technical roles.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from brief to offer.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salaries, and talent pools.
• Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition within the tech or financial industry; internship or prior experience is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, people‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
