Recruitment Coordinator (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6‑month contract to partner with Talent Delivery and hiring teams, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience across multiple business units. This hybrid role offers exposure to regional and global operations within a large multinational corporation.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews across regional and global units.
• Manage interview logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and candidate reimbursements.
• Greet candidates at the designated office hub and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure interview compliance by auditing employment agreements and completing background investigations before start dates.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Prioritise multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Master the applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack, and Tableau.
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned with the Global RC vision and provide insights via Tableau dashboards.

Required profile

• Team‑player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience in interview scheduling and candidate experience management.
• Familiarity with compliance processes related to employment agreements and background checks.
