About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and manpower staffing specialist seeking an organized and proactive Recruitment & Operations Specialist. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop a career in talent acquisition and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to understand manpower needs and design effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire orientation to ensure smooth integration.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, monitor performance, and identify process improvements.
• Oversee daily deployment of manpower to client sites and activate contingency plans when needed.
• Maintain accurate data entry records and track recruitment metrics.
• Work closely with management to support employee development, retention, and satisfaction.
• Provide operational insights and data to aid leadership decision‑making.
• Assist in creating and delivering training programs to boost team performance.
• Anticipate client needs, nurture strong client relationships, and reach out to potential new clients.

Required profile

• Prior relevant experience is advantageous but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (a plus).
