Regional Education Manager – APAC

About the role

OLAPLEX is looking for a Regional Education Manager for the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role will lead the planning, execution and management of education programmes for professional salon partners, distributors and stylists across the region, supporting brand growth and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional education strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales and build stylist loyalty.
• Deliver engaging technical and business‑building training sessions to salons, distributor partners, stylists and retail staff, both live and virtually.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to launch new products, promotions and initiatives.
• Plan, schedule and execute education programmes, events and activations, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• Maintain and grow relationships with salons, distributor sales consultants and key accounts to support retention and growth.
• Represent OLAPLEX at distributor shows, regional events and industry gatherings.
• Monitor regional performance, report on education outcomes and work with cross‑functional partners to achieve education and sales targets.
• Participate in monthly International REM team calls and travel up to 75% of the time.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of OLAPLEX products and professional hair‑care education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region (approximately 75% of the time).
