Regional IT Operations Manager

About the role

A leading global multinational corporation is looking for a Regional IT Operations Manager to lead IT service delivery across the APAC region. The role ensures reliable, efficient, and business‑aligned IT operations while working closely with senior management and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance of IT services across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Act as the primary liaison between regional business units, corporate IT delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Manage regional IT budget planning, forecasting, and demand management processes.
• Lead service escalation and problem‑management initiatives, driving sustainable corrective actions.
• Promote operational excellence by championing continuous improvement and adoption of corporate IT standards, processes, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT operations and service delivery within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles, budgeting, and regional IT service management.
• Proven ability to build relationships across business and technical stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in handling service escalations.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region for site support.
