Regional Training Manager – APAC Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead retail learning across APAC markets for a renowned luxury brand. The role will shape the learning strategy, drive capability and sales excellence, and work closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional training strategies and annual calendars.
• Design, deliver and adapt product, technical and retail excellence programmes for diverse APAC markets.
• Manage training budgets, tools and learning platforms, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Partner with commercial teams to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Track training effectiveness, analyse results and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in training, learning & development or retail education.
• Background in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands.
• Proven track record delivering classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes.
• Comfortable travelling across APAC up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools.
