Regional Treasury Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

The Regional Treasury Assistant Manager / Manager will support regional subsidiaries with treasury and banking operations, ensuring alignment with headquarters guidelines. This role involves daily cash management, foreign exchange handling, and oversight of mass payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mass payments and daily cash positions, including bank account balances.
• Execute FOREX transactions (spot, forwards, swaps) and money‑market borrowing.
• Process fund transfers via Swift Alliance and input related deals.
• Assist subsidiaries with month‑end and RTC closing activities.
• Conduct treasury process checks to ensure compliance with company policies (SOD, double payment prevention, vendor registration, etc.).
• Drive payment and collection process improvements such as check‑warehousing, supply‑chain financing, dealer financing, and virtual accounts.
• Maintain and monitor cash‑pooling structures.
• Investigate bank reconciliation gaps and system issues.
• Validate monthly mark‑to‑market entries for treasury products.
• Utilise the Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System) for reporting and operations.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of treasury or back‑office banking experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Positive, collaborative personality with high ethical standards.
