Resource Executive – Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

The Resource Executive will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will act as the main point of contact for interview logistics, candidate communications, and recruitment events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules, technical tests, and panel interviews across multiple tech roles.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment records in tracking systems and support job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding administration.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and handle candidate enquiries to ensure a positive experience.
• Organise recruitment events such as career fairs, campus talks, and networking sessions, including venue booking, booth setup, and vendor management.
• Procure recruitment materials (banners, brochures, giveaways) by managing quotations, purchase requests, and deliveries.
• Assist with recruitment‑related initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Certification or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or administrative support.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and timelines concurrently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment systems, spreadsheets and documentation tools.
