Retail Assistant

About the role

The Retail Assistant will deliver exceptional customer service and support daily sales operations for our luxury fashion brands. You will create a personalized shopping experience, maintain store standards, and help drive both monthly and seasonal sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and shopping assistance to clients, including VIPs.
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets in collaboration with the HQ team.
• Maintain and update the customer database and client book of key customers.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and advise customers on product availability.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store layout reflects brand aesthetics.
• Manage stock: replenish shelves, conduct regular stock checks, and participate in deliveries.
• Prepare end‑of‑day reports and raise any required actions promptly.
• Foster a collaborative, service‑driven environment that encourages teamwork and customer loyalty.

• Approachable with a strong desire to drive business growth.

Required skills

• Understanding of brand aesthetic and luxury consumer expectations.
• Retail sales expertise within a luxury environment.
• Ability to manage a client book and set an example for the sales team.
• Knowledge of Retail Pro (preferred, not essential).
