Risk & Compliance Solutions Manager – Asset & Wealth Services

About the role

PWC is expanding its Asset & Wealth Managed Services team in Singapore and is looking for a seasoned manager to lead its Risk & Compliance Solutions practice. You will work with leading asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, wealth managers and digital‑asset platforms to help them navigate complex regulatory environments and build robust risk frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice on licensing, registration, reporting, AML/CFT, product compliance, outsourcing and technology risk for fund managers, wealth managers and other capital‑market intermediaries.
• Lead a team of specialists delivering outsourced compliance support, including regulatory reporting, change implementation, compliance monitoring and senior‑management reporting.
• Assist clients in designing, implementing and strengthening enterprise risk‑management and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct AML/KYC reviews, regulatory impact assessments and support clients during regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management or internal controls within the asset‑management or wealth‑management sector.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team of compliance professionals.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
• Experience working with digital‑wealth platforms or alternative‑asset managers is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, licensing and registration requirements, and financial‑services compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting processes and technology‑risk considerations.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions.
