Safety Officer, Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS & Project Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking qualified professionals to join our construction team in Singapore. The openings include Safety Officer, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, each playing a critical part in delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Safety Officer: monitor site safety, ensure compliance with MOM regulations and private development standards.
• Quantity Surveyor: perform quantity take‑offs, interpret technical specifications and drawings, and support tender preparation.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor: lead quantity surveying activities, manage project and tender documentation, and mentor junior staff.
• Project Manager: oversee overall project operations, plan, execute and monitor site progress to achieve timely handover.

Required profile

• Registered Safety Officer with MOM (minimum 2 years site experience).
• Diploma in Civil/Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent for QS roles (minimum 3–5 years experience).
• Degree in Building Construction for Senior QS.
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board for Project Manager.
