Sales Associate

About the role

Hermès is seeking a Sales Associate to join its boutique team. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional client service while supporting daily store operations and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all daily store operational duties.
• Drive sales activities for assigned product categories (métiers).
• Maintain a pleasant shopping environment that reflects the Hermès brand image.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, keeping them informed of new products and services.
• Handle client enquiries and concerns promptly.
• Execute sales plans and take part in in‑store animations and communication events.
• Gather and relay client feedback to store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑end fashion, luxury retail, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team‑player who embodies Hermès values with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Service‑oriented, enjoys genuine client connections, and can thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices.
