Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Consultant to promote our digital technology courses. The role involves identifying potential learners and businesses, generating leads, and building lasting relationships to drive enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers and organisations interested in digital tech training.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research and other channels.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their training needs.
• Use CRM software to track leads, monitor sales progress and produce regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work both independently and within a team.
• Open to sales responsibilities; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
