Sales Development Representative – Asia

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sitecore supports the company’s growth strategy in the Digital Experience Marketing space across Asia. You will help create market awareness, qualify leads, and generate new business opportunities while developing a strong foundation for a long‑term career in technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives.
• Run targeted outbound campaigns to identify new contacts, assess need and fit, and arrange product introductions.
• Partner with the Sales team to build a quality pipeline, stay engaged with prospects, and nurture deals.
• Act as an ambassador for Sitecore, sharing passion and knowledge with customers and prospects.
• Arrange discovery calls and well‑qualified product demonstrations for Field Sales and Pre‑Sales teams.

Required profile

• Positive, energetic communication with excellent listening and strong writing abilities.
• Genuinely curious, self‑motivated, creative, results‑driven, solution‑oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with prospects.
