About the role

Join fileAI’s Sales Accelerator program in Singapore and launch a full‑time career as a Sales Development Representative. You will work alongside a cohort of early‑career talent to drive outbound outreach for an enterprise AI solution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multichannel outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations with decision‑makers to uncover business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop strategic account penetration plans.
• Track outreach metrics and continuously refine messaging based on feedback.

Required profile

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in outbound sales, customer‑facing, or high‑volume B2B outreach.
• Resilient mindset with a passion for solving objections and learning quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that capture interest rapidly.
• Coachability, adaptability and a drive to progress to Account Executive or sales management.
