Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Engineer to drive new business opportunities and support our customers with tailored technical solutions. The role combines sales activities with engineering knowledge to ensure the right products meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales leads, cold calls, and customer networking.
• Build strong customer relationships and recommend suitable product solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
• Coordinate order processing, project handover, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in the CRM system and track sales performance against targets.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Participate in customer presentations, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities as required.
• Maintain long‑term customer satisfaction through regular follow‑up and support, including accounts receivable monitoring and collection when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum ITE in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
