Sales Executive – On Trade (ONT)

About the role

Heineken is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the On‑Trade (ONT) segment. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans that drive volume growth and strengthen relationships with outlet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan for the assigned ONT district in consultation with the Area Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners, understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate business terms, volume incentives and trade initiatives while protecting profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to deliver advertising, promotions and BTL activities.
• Prepare and present business plans, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews with outlets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and propose counter‑measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of sales activities.
• Ensure brand strategy implementation, focusing on availability, affordability and visibility of Heineken brands.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beverage or on‑trade channel.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel within the assigned district.
