Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales activities of Pullman Singapore Hill Street. The role focuses on driving revenue through proactive outreach, account management and strategic partnerships within the hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily sales calls and generate new business leads on a weekly basis.
• Prepare and maintain monthly target account lists and action plans for key market segments.
• Conduct at least two site inspections or entertainment meetings each week with qualified prospects.
• Monitor competitor pricing, account penetration and marketing initiatives to keep a competitive edge.
• Manage the full account lifecycle – contracting, profile updates, renewals and VIP guest coordination.
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel facilities, negotiate rates and contracts to maximise profit.
• Represent the hotel at client and community events to maintain high visibility.
• Report market trends and business leads to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and able to follow through on commitments.
• Team-player who can build and motivate a sales team.
