Sales & Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

One Science is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive its online marketplace for laboratory supplies. This full‑time remote position combines sales outreach with digital marketing to expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Manage website content and maintain social media accounts.
• Create engaging content and design promotional flyers.
• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Experience in event organization and creative idea generation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data‑driven sales approaches.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Junior‑level experience (2‑4 years) and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or related field.
• Prior exposure to laboratory supplies or scientific products is a plus.
