About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our sales activities across Singapore. The role is islandwide and reports to senior management, focusing on driving revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales targets for the business.
- Perform daily sales activities such as prospecting calls, customer appointments, presentations, proposals, and closing orders.
- Engage with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends.
Required profile
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
