Sales Supervisor – Jewellery Retail

About the role
We are a prestigious jewellery retail showroom located in Little India, seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Promote and sell a wide range of jewellery products.
- Maintain a clean and inviting showroom atmosphere.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
