SAP SuccessFactors Consulting Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SAP SuccessFactors Trainee to join a comprehensive training program covering multiple modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System and Compensation. The role provides hands‑on experience configuring and supporting core HR processes on the SuccessFactors platform.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering architecture and configuration of multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Build MDF objects, workflows, business rules, AI components and event triggers across modules.
• Engage in sandbox sessions for hands‑on practice with custom configurations and HR scenarios.
• Gain understanding of the implementation and support lifecycle for each module.

Required profile

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in SAP SuccessFactors and cloud‑based HR solutions.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate in a team‑oriented environment and engage in both instructor‑led and virtual training.
• Ability to commence full‑time employment by September 2027.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation).
• Metadata Framework (MDF) object configuration.
• SAP Joule AI integration.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) basics for system integration.
