About the role
We are seeking a passionate Secondary School Teacher for Health and Physical Education (PE) at the Australian International School. The role starts in January 2027 and involves safeguarding the welfare of students, adhering to safer recruitment practices and pre‑employment background checks. Strong communication, multi‑tasking and time‑management abilities are essential. We value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply before the closing date of 11 October 2026.
Required profile
- IBDP/IGCSE and/or HSC experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience in an International School environment is an advantage
- Minimum four‑year recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor’s degree plus Postgraduate Teaching Diploma or Bachelor of Education)
- Minimum three years full‑time teaching experience in a recognised educational institution (graduates may be considered)
