Senior Account Manager (Global Chains and Connectivity)

About the role

Traveloka is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead partnerships with global hotel chains and connectivity providers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring high‑quality hotel supply across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with global hotel chains, acting as the primary account lead.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial negotiations and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Legal teams for successful integrations.
• Manage connectivity partners such as Channel Managers and Switch providers to broaden high‑quality hotel coverage.
• Optimize partner performance using data‑driven analysis of supply coverage, ARI quality, conversion and revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with partner and company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and commercial strategy within the hospitality or travel sector.
• Strong business acumen combined with operational understanding of connectivity solutions.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and legal teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics.
